Enrolments

Welcome to Kids Biz!

All enrolments are managed through an online system; My Family Lounge. This booking system gives you control! You can request holiday bookings, view availability information, manage and update contacts details, collection authorisations, advise and upload medical information and much more.

New Families

If any of your children have previously attended a Kids Biz service please DO NOT REGISTER AGAIN. Contact us at admin@kidsbizoshc.com.au if you need assistance accessing your existing account.

If you have an existing My Family Lounge account with another provider please log in with your existing log in details through the widget on the right. This will link your existing account to Kids Biz.

Setting up your account

Step 1: Click here to register, or click Register in the My Family Lounge login box.

Step 2: You will receive an automated email to complete registration. Follow the link in this email to access your account.

Step 3: Complete and submit each child's enrolment form. You will now be able to view the booking calendar and make your holiday bookings.

Returning Families

Welcome back!

You can use the My Family Lounge login box to manage your child's enrolment details and bookings. Please contact us if you need any assistance with the online system.

 

The My Family Lounge app can be used to make bookings, mark absences and view your booked days. Download the app on the Apple App Store or Google Play today!

Generl Questions

Forgotten Username (email)

If you cannot remember the email used to register for your my family lounge account please let us know using our Contact Us page so we can get your email reactivated. Please include 'Forgotten Username' in the email subject so we can get back to you as soon as possible.

Forgotten Password

If you cannot remember the password for you my family lounge account you can reset the password. Please enter your email into the sign-in portal and click on Sign-In (without entering a password). This will take you to another page that gives you the options to select Forgotten Password at the bottom. Please click on Forgotten Password and follow the steps to recover your account.

Please make sure you enter the correct email and that you have access to the email as this is where the link to reset your password will be sent. Once you have reset your password you will be able to sign-in to your my family lounge account. If you have any problems resetting your password please let us know using our Contact Us page so we can assist.

Mobile Device App isn't working

If you have registered for a my family lounge account, know your email and password for sign in but still cannot open the casual booking calendar we may need to get an updated Enrolment Form for your child. You can see if we have a completed my FAMILY Lounge Enrolment Form by signing in to your online account.

Once you have signed in, open the enrolment form (located next to your child's name) and follow the instructions on the guide to completing the enrolment form. Once the form is submitted the Casual Booking section should appear on your online account and the Mobile Device App should work.

Please let us know using our Contact Us page if you continue to have trouble and we will get in touch to sort it out. Please include 'App Not Working' in the email subject so we can get back to you as soon as possible.

Casual Bookings Section Missing

If you have registered for a my family lounge account and you have successfully signed in but cannot see the casual booking section we may need to get an updated Enrolment Form for your child. You can see if we have a completed my FAMILY Lounge Enrolment Form by opening the enrolment form (located next to your child's name) and following the instructions on the guide to completing the enrolment form. Once the form is submitted the Casual Booking section should appear on your online account.
