The new booking system will give you:​

Online Booking System

~ Instant availability information - no waiting to find out if places are available

~ Ability to advise absences and cancel bookings

There are two ways to make vacation care bookings using your my family lounge account:

Online   or   Mobile Device (phone, tablet, iPad)

Mobile Device Bookings (Phone, tablet, iPad etc.)

For more detailed information please open the:

  1. Complete your registration and set up a password for your my family lounge account by following the link sent to your nominated email. Your email address will become your account username. 

  2. Download the App from either the Apple App Store or Goggle Play - the app works on both iOS and Android devices.

  3. Select Dates for vacation care once you are signed in using the casual booking calendar. You will need to select one child at a time and one date at a time. Available dates have a green bar at the bottom and this will turn purple once you have booked the place.

 

Online Bookings

You can do more than make bookings with your online account...

  1. Complete your registration and set up a password for your my family lounge account by following the link sent to your nominated email. Your email address will become your account username. Sign-in through the portal on the right.

  2. Add Casual Booking from either the App Store or Goggle Play - the app works on both iOS and Android devices.

  3. Select Dates once you have opened the casual booking calendar you will need to select the ChildService & Room (roll). The booking calendar will open and you can pick one or multiple dates to book. Available dates are green and will turn purple once you have booked the date.

From your online account you can also:

  • Edit Your Details - name, address, contact numbers etc.

  • Add or Edit Other Contacts - name, address etc.

  • Add or Edit Child Information - update medical information,  provide CRNs, edit collection authorisations, update enrolment forms.

Register to use my FAMILY Lounge!

Please complete the form below if:

  • you would like to register to use my family lounge; or 

  • you don't have or know if you have a my family lounge account; or

  • you have a my family lounge account that is not linked to Kids Biz (please ensure you use the email address in the form below that is linked to your my family lounge account)

Your account number is the last four digits of the number shown at the top of your statement​s

(i.e. 000-001-001 =  account number 1001), if you cannot find your account number please let us know using our Contact Us page.

 

Forgotten Username (email)

If you cannot remember the email used to register for your my family lounge account please let us know using our Contact Us page so we can get your email reactivated. Please include 'Forgotten Username' in the email subject so we can get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Forgotten Password

If you cannot remember the password for you my family lounge account you can reset the password. Please enter your email into the sign-in portal and click on Sign-In (without entering a password). This will take you to another page that gives you the options to select Forgotten Password at the bottom. Please click on Forgotten Password and follow the steps to recover your account.

Please make sure you enter the correct email and that you have access to the email as this is where the link to reset your password will be sent. Once you have reset your password you will be able to sign-in to your my family lounge account. If you have any problems resetting your password please let us know using our Contact Us page so we can assist.

Mobile Device App isn't working

If you have registered for a my family lounge account, know your email and password for sign in but still cannot open the casual booking calendar we may need to get an updated Enrolment Form for your child. You can see if we have a completed my FAMILY Lounge Enrolment Form by signing in to your online account.

Once you have signed in open the enrolment form (located next to your child's name) and follow the instructions on the guide to completing the enrolment form. Once the form is submitted the Casual Booking section should appear on your online account and the Mobile Device App should work.

Casual Bookings Section Missing

If you have registered for a my family lounge account and you have successfully signed in but cannot see the casual booking section we may need to get an updated Enrolment Form for your child. You can see if we have a completed my FAMILY Lounge Enrolment Form by opening the enrolment form (located next to your child's name) and following the instructions on the guide to completing the enrolment form. Once the form is submitted the Casual Booking section should appear on your online account.
